Little Taps privacy policy
For the Little Taps: Toddler Games app on iPhone and iPad.
The short version
Little Taps collects no personal information and no usage data of any kind. Nothing your child does in the app leaves the device.
What the app doesn't do
It has no accounts or sign-ups, asks for no names or email addresses, shows no ads, contains no analytics or tracking, uses no third-party code that collects data, has no chat, and has no links out of the app or sharing to social media. The games work without an internet connection.
What's saved on the device
Game progress (such as stars, levels, best scores and any nickname typed into a score list) and whether the games are unlocked are stored only on the device so they're there next time. They are never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.
Purchases
The optional one-off "unlock all games" purchase is made through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment and we never see payment or Apple account details. The app only asks Apple whether the unlock has been bought, so it can unlock the games and restore them on a new device.
Grown-ups only areas
The purchase and the grown-ups information sit behind a simple maths question so young children can't reach them by accident.
Children's privacy
Little Taps is made for children aged about 2 to 6. Because it collects no personal information, it collects none from children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes it will be updated here, with the date below. We don't plan to ever start collecting data.
